Dr. Kállai Hédi

Dr. Hédi Kállai specializes in Software Law, Data Protection/GDPR Law and Real Estate Law. In the course of her carrier she has obtained outstanding experience in the counseling of software developing companies, mobile application developers and operators as well as webshops. In particular she provides legal support for our Clients by drafting and commenting software development agreements, software license agreement, transfer agreement, software support agreements and she deals with IT operations, server leasing and IT security related agreements on a large scale. In the field of Data Protection/GDPR Law Hédi supports our Clients in order to achieve  full GDPR compliance through resolving complex problems in the fields of data security, data processing and information security on the basis of the practice of the Hungarian Data protection Authority. Hédi  has an extensive experience in the field of Real Estate Law  as she has implemented several commercial and industrial real estate development projects from the legal side.
